In a large pot, boil 2 filter bags TEAN’S GOURMET Klang BAKUTEH Kau in 1500ml of water for 30 minutes.
Add in 1kg ribs or meat (mutton, beef or other) after cut to preferred size. Add in 3 whole garlic bulbs, 1 ½ tsp dark & light soy sauce, 2 tbsp oyster sauce to the boiling soup.
Simmer for 1 hour.
Serve hot white rice.
