In a large pot, boil 2 filter bags TEAN’S GOURMET Klang Herbs & Spices for Soup Kau in 1500ml of water for 30 minutes.
Add in 1kg ribs or meat (mutton, beef or other) after cut to preferred size. Add in 3 whole garlic bulbs, 1 ½ tsp dark & light soy sauce, 2 tbsp oyster sauce to the boiling soup.
Simmer for 1 hour.
Serve hot white rice.
