Fill a deep pot with 1L water and bring it to boil.
Place 1kg of fish cutlets in a deep dish, spread 1 packet of TEAN’S GOURMET Paste for Steaming Fish (Nyonya Style) over it.
Put the dish of fish over the boiling water and steam for 20 minutes.
Garnish with chopped spring onion and coriander leaves and serve hot with rice.
